Ryrie’s Pub, Edinburgh
Ryrie’s Pub is a noticeably quaint standalone build on the junction of Haymarket, Dalry Road and Morrison Street. Half asleep and en route to Edinburgh airport, I dragged my suitcase along the quiet roads and noticed Ryrie’s pub illuminated in the early morning darkness. Ryrie’s is an Edwardian build, characterised by a Baronial style, and marked by noticeable detail such as its stained glass windows and wooden and stone exterior.
