Leeds Corn Exchange

Built by architect Cuthbert Broderick between 1861 and 1863 for the purposes of corn trading, Leeds Corn Exchange is a bustling and popular shopping hub now housed by small, independent businesses and food outlets. From the outer, a dome design is observed which was built using sandstone and based on the Paris Bourse de Commerce design. It is characterised by a domed roof, glaze panels and an airy and expansive interior.
